Since 1912, the Chelucci family has been crafting artisanal pasta from their historic factory in Piteccio, where they use pure spring water from the scenic Pistoia hills.

Alongside traditional durum wheat semolina and egg pasta, Chelucci also offers new formats made from ancient Senatore Cappelli wheat, stone-ground, and pure Tuscan spelt.
